2 cups raw almonds
1 cups raw organic coconut
1/8 cup liquid lecithin
1/2 cup medjool dates
2.5 tsp organic almond extract
1/4 cup raw agave
Carob hips (optional)
1.Blend nuts in food processor (DRY), place in bowl, add coconut, add carob chips. 2. Add dates in blender with a little water, to blend, put in almond extract and liquid lecithin, blend well. 3. Mix wet mixture with dry nuts, mix well. 4. Make into little logs (weight of each log).
