Yummy and simple to make –definite crowd pleasers or the perfect one person snack

Cooked Kale Greens

7 bunches of kale 1/2 cups nutritional yeast 3 TBS chopped garlic ¼ cup onion powder ¼ cup vegetable oil Salt to taste
2 medium tomatoes
1 large chopped yellow onion

  1. Put oil in bottom of pan
  2. Add onion, tomato, garlic, kale, seasonings and nutritional yeast
  3. Add approx. 1 cup water
  4. Cover and cook greens medium until done.
  5. Salt to taste
