Nut Meat Chili
12 oz brazil nuts
¾ cup fresh salsa (medium hot)
2 small fresh tomatoes
2 scallions
1 tbs cumin powder
1 tbs chili powder
1 clove fresh garlic
Sea salt to taste
- Put all ingredients, except salsa, into food processor using “s” blade.
- Pour into bowl and mix in salsa.
- Serve wrapped in marinated collard green leaf with sliced red pepper and onion, or
- Serve with corn tortillas
