Nut Meat Chili

12 oz brazil nuts ¾ cup fresh salsa (medium hot) 2 small fresh tomatoes 2 scallions 1 tbs cumin powder 1 tbs chili powder 1 clove fresh garlic Sea salt to taste

  1. Put all ingredients, except salsa, into food processor using “s” blade.
  2. Pour into bowl and mix in salsa.
  3. Serve wrapped in marinated collard green leaf with sliced red pepper and onion, or
  4. Serve with corn tortillas
